Problem with SSD trying to Dual Boot?

So I just bought an OCZ Vertex 2 120GB SSD and installed windows 7 on it. Then I was going to put Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and accidentally hit to automatically have Linux pick the partitions which messed everything up. That led me to format all of the partitions on my SSD in Windows and now when I try to install windows on it it says it doesn't have a root file/folder or something like that. PLEASE I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.
