Finalizing computer build, Compatibility check/suggestions?

Pretty solid rig you got going there. You'd only have a choice to get the Asus Sabertooth p67 mobo due to the fact that the Asus Maximus IV Extreme Mobo is a Extended ATX mobo. Would not fit in the NZXT Phantom from the specs I'm looking at. I'm assuming you're going to be gaming, yes? Do you have a budget, looking to get the best?
